Cutwater Tiki Rum Mai TaiCutwater Tiki Rum Mai Tai Takes the Rum Tradition to a Whole New Height

Rum may be on the rise today, but its popularity is nothing new. The sugar-based spirit has enjoyed a large fanbase since the 17th century when modern rum was born. Rum is not simply a drink that has bar and grocery store connoisseurs – it’s a drink with a cult following, and it is easy to see why. Like food and music, rum has different personalities that shine through. It reflects the persona of its drinkers, and that’s why no cocktail evening, wedding after-party, music festival, or family game night is complete without your favorite rum cocktail. Today, ready-to-drink cocktail brands are racing to come out with varieties of rum-inspired canned cocktails. We’ve been keeping our eye on the trend, and we tested the Tiki Rum Mai Tai. Here’s what we found.

A Refreshing Alternative to Bar Cocktails

Warmer weather and laid-back days call for light, refreshing cocktail recipes. But what happens when you don’t know the right recipe to create a delicious cocktail or don’t have the time? In comes Cutwater Spirits. Cutwater Tiki Rum Mai Tai has all the attributes to hit the spot. Its bonus of tropical flavor, thanks to a splash of coconut water and pineapple rum, makes it an instant favorite drink for outdoor parties. This canned cocktail is a delicious and refreshing summer drink that can be served in a glass or straight in its can. However you choose to drink it, rest assured that it refreshes you from the first sip. It has a strange but beautiful golden color, making it enjoyable to watch in a glass. Its unique tropical aroma fills the room, inviting attention. Don’t be surprised if everyone suddenly starts to desire a taste. Gladly initiate them into the rum family because they’ll love the experience. A nice almond flavor also adds to give drinkers a unique flavor that gets them asking for more, although there’s also a little bit of an aftertaste. But don’t worry, the aftertaste is so insignificant that you’ll hardly notice it.

Packed With Flavor

There’s a reason why the Cutwater Tiki Rum Mai Tai is in hot demand – it’s a refreshing drink for every season. Every sip of this canned cocktail takes you away to an island oasis, but you’ve got to be careful when you stand up… especially if you’ve had more than a couple in one sitting. Yes, a 12.5% alcohol-by-volume content is not something to ignore. We recommend you take it slow and enjoy the flavor. You’ll love the flavors in this one because they are sweet and authentic. Cutwater makes this Tiki Rum Mai Tai with 2+ shots of cutwater Bali hai tiki gold rum, cutwater barrel aged rum, natural pineapple and coconut. The two shots in it are partly why it is a bit heavy on the booze. But don’t worry, your guest will still love it. Remember to remind them at 24 grams of carbs and 350 calories, this one packs plenty of carbs and calories, so they’ll know to limit their intake if they are concerned about these sorts of things.

Enjoyment Redefined

Cutwater Tiki Rum Mai Tai is a ready-to-drink pineapple coconut rum canned cocktail. It combines real spirits with a splash of flavor to deliver a delicious cocktail that’s right for any event. Whether you’re hosting a family BBQ party or want to enjoy a delicious rum drink after brunch, this drink gives you the same crisp seltzer feel with a new surprise. Without a doubt, one of the worst pre-made canned cocktails I have ever tried. I don’t know why anyone would make a product for sale that is so bad. Just AWFUL.
