Casa Azul launched in August 2022 and is based in Southern CA. Its founder, Lance Collins, wanted to offer people an authentic tequila experience, paired with the light calorie and delicious nature of a seltzer. Originally upon launch, Casa Azul offered four flavors – Lime Margarita, Strawberry Margarita, Peach Mango, and Watermelon. They now offer Grapefruit Tequila Soda as well. You can purchase a four-pack or eight-pack. They offer variety pack options, or you can choose your favorite flavor only. 

In addition to adding flavors for their Casa Azul Tequila Sodas, they also expanded their organic Tequila spirits line as well. This includes:

• Tequila Blanco – This organic blue agave Tequila rested for 2-3 months before bottling. It is known for its “soft and smooth finish.”
• Tequila Reposado – This option is aged for 4-5 months in American oak bourbon casks. It offers a “long, exceptionally smooth finish.” 
• Tequila Anejo – This option is aged for 15+ months in American oak bourbon casks. It provides a “lasting, lush finish.” 

Casa Azul Ingredients: Natural Ingredients With REAL Tequila

Casa Azul uses real spirits, real Tequila. The ingredients list is simple, and the Tequila sodas include carbonated water, Casa Azul Tequila, citric acid, sodium citrate, stevia, natural flavor, agave nectar, and organic cane sugar. As mentioned, the Tequila comes from Jalisco, Mexico, and it’s incredibly authentic. Casa Azul doesn’t use malt liquor. There are only 100 calories per 12-ounce can and less than 1 gram of carbs. Moreover, there’s only 5% alcohol by volume (ABV). Not only that, but they’re entirely free of gluten as well.
