As soon as you open a can of Michelob Ultra Organic Mixed Berry, you are greeted by the intriguing aroma of berries. However, the nice aromatic presence is simply a preview of the taste you are about to experience. We really enjoyed the berry flavor. It tastes strong and natural. There is thankfully no bitter finish. You can immediately taste that the flavors are derived naturally. This is important for berry-flavored seltzers as it can be quite obvious when they are artificially flavored. This drink tastes sweet, and we expected that there was a fair amount of sugar. We were surprised to learn there is hardly any added sugar and less than 100 calories. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience, from the aroma to the delicious flavor.

Organic and Natural Ingredients

Michelob Ultra Organic makes its Mixed Berry Hard Seltzer with purified water, organic fermented cane sugar, organic white grape juice concentrate, organic natural flavor, and organic malted rice. This beverage has two grams of sugar and two grams of carbs. There are also only 99 calories. The alcohol-by-volume is 4% as well, so you can expect a lighter experience than the average adult beverage. The ingredients are entirely natural, organic, and gluten-free. Compared to alternative mixed berry hard seltzers that are not organic and often contain artificial flavoring, we enjoyed that this hard seltzer was more natural. The light alcohol content was also refreshing.
